Introducing my Guest Bloggers

Just a quick note to let you all know that we're off on our holidays next week.

We're hiring a car and heading West on a little adventure - first to Lancashire to visit Simon's family, followed by a short stay in Blackpool (I saw the illuminations over 10 years ago and have been wanting to return ever since) and then off to Centre Parcs in Whinfell Forest for some relaxation and bike riding.

This will be our second "Staycation" of the year and I'm hoping we're as lucky with the weather as we were in the Summer.

I'm looking forward to wearing my Autumn wardrobe, drinking  Pumpkin Spice Lattes (secretly quite excited there's a Starbucks at Centre Parcs) and cosy nights in the chalet with Simon.

Whilst I'm away I shall not be blogging, but I leave you in the capable hands of three of my favourite North East bloggers who will be guest posting for me.

First up is Lou who, like me, is new to the region and will be sharing some fantastic places she's discovered during her first 6 months living in the North East.

On Wednesday we will be joining Shivani for Sunday lunch in a gorgeous country pub .. be warned her pictures will make you hungry!

Then on Friday we can look forward to Danni introducing us to Middlesbrough and explaining why she's proud to be a smoggie.

I really hope you enjoy the posts, and please support the girls by heading over to their blogs for a look, they all write really fantastic lifestyle blogs.

  1. Sounds like the perfect staycation and sensible not to blog. I blogged in Greece and I definitely do not recommend it. Make sure you relax and enjoy Centre Parcs. I look forward to reading the bloggers above posts Lucy x
